Dan Stiles

Dan is an experienced general counsel, business leader and advisor, tech entrepreneur, and climate activist. He helps select clients seeking to make a positive impact achieve their ambitious goals in a simple, creative, and cost-effective manner.

Dan has served in leadership roles in multi-million-dollar organizations ranging from an interim CEO, COO, and General Counsel, to helping launch and sell a successful tech startup to his most challenging role to date- a little league baseball coach. 

He provides trusted outside general, corporate, and political counsel services to non-profit and for-profit domestic and global organizations.

Dan has managed an expedition to Antarctica with over 100 global business leaders, celebrities and scientists and an expedition to Jump City for his son’s birthday party.  He provided legal and strategic counsel for a major documentary film and for an Emmy nominated broadcast television special about climate change that reached 800 million homes in over 180 nations annually.

Dan has served in leadership roles in federal and state politics from Deputy Chief Counsel to the DNCC for the Democratic National Convention and counsel to state and federal candidates to managing logistics for national and international press for a Presidential campaign.

Dan serves on the Board of Directors of ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability, USA, the Advisory Board for the Salazar Center for North American Conservation, founded by former U.S. Secretary of the Interior and U.S. Ambassador to Mexico, Ken Salazar, and as a mentor for entrepreneurs with the Techstars Sustainability Paris Accelerator.
